Mango with yogurt

1 | cup | Plain yogurt |
⅛ | teaspoon | Ground cardamom |
Maple syrup; to taste | ||
Walnuts or pistachios; finely chopped | ||
Fresh mint leaves; optional |
Directions
Peel the mango. This can be a little messy with a really ripe mango, so hold it over the bowl to catch the juices. Cut the flesh into small cubes, avoiding the fibrous area near the pit.
