Mango with yogurt

1 large Mango; perfectly ripe
1 cup Plain yogurt
teaspoon Ground cardamom
Maple syrup; to taste
Walnuts or pistachios; finely chopped
Fresh mint leaves; optional

Directions

Peel the mango. This can be a little messy with a really ripe mango, so hold it over the bowl to catch the juices. Cut the flesh into small cubes, avoiding the fibrous area near the pit.
