1 | teaspoon | Salt |
1 | teaspoon | Ground Cumin |
½ | teaspoon | Curry Powder |
½ | teaspoon | Dry Mustard |
½ | teaspoon | Black Pepper |
½ | teaspoon | Dried Thyme Leaves |
½ | teaspoon | Cayenne Pepper |
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and rub on beef cuts such as T-bones, tenderloin, top sirloin and top loin (strip). Grill or broil 3-4 inches from heat 10-13 minutes for medium rare.
