Maple-tomatillo-habanero sauce

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
6 Purple tomatillos; (up to 8)
1 Carribean red hab; or 2 or 3 red savinas
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ cup Water
3 tablespoons Vermont maple syrup

Directions

Put all ingerdients in a small saucepan. Cook 15 min. Pulverise with a Braun hand mixer.

Simmer another 45 min. Strain.

Don't know what I'll use it for yet, but it tastes great.
