Marinated chicken wings

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
24 Chicken wing pieces
1 teaspoon Bell's Poultry Seasoning
½ cup Vegetable oil
½ cup Vinegar
1 teaspoon Sugar
2 teaspoons Dry mustard
Bread or cracker crumbs
½ teaspoon Fennel, ground
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Parsley, dried

Directions

MARINADE

MAKE MARINADE: Blend oil and vinegar. Add sugar, mustard, and fennel.

Add lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper to taste. [This keeps very well in refrig, so you may want to make extra and keep it] Marinate wing pieces for about ½ hour; drain. Roll in crumbs and place on oiled baking sheet. Sprinkle with seasoning, salt and pepper. Bake in 375 degree oven for 35-45 minutes until wings are light brown and tender. Serve warm or cold.
