Marinated cucumbers

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
6 larges Cucumbers, sliced
1 large Onion; chopped
¾ cup Rice vinegar;
½ teaspoon Seasoned salt;
2 tablespoons Olive Oil;
tablespoon Pepper; coarsly ground

Directions

Combine all ingredients together in large bowl. Mix well. Cover.

Refrigerate four to six hours. Serve with salad, or by itself.
