Marinated tomatoes tureul

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 Very large tomatoes
cup Olive oil
¼ cup Red wine vinegar
¼ cup Onion; finely chopped
2 tablespoons Capers; drained
2 tablespoons Parsley; fresh, minced
2 Cloves garlic; minced
1 tablespoon Salt
1 tablespoon Dried basil
¼ tablespoon Ground pepper

Directions

Cut tomatoes into ½" thick slices, peeling is opitional. Place tomatoes in a shallow dish, and after combining all the other ingredients, stir it all together and let marinade for 3 hours before serving. Mixing the marinade the night before adds to the flavor.
