Ingredients

2 | slices | White bread; crumbs |
4 | ounces | Onion; finely chopped |
2 | tablespoons | Chopped parsley |
1 | teaspoon | Seasoned salt |
½ | teaspoon | Oregano |
2 | tablespoons | Ketchup |
1 | tablespoon | Worcestershire sauce |
1 | tablespoon | Brown sugar replacement (up to) |
2 | tablespoons | Water (use as needed for desired consistency) |
Directions
PLACE IN BLENDER
Combine all ingredients. Place in baking dish in meat loaf form. Bake, uncovered, at 350ø for 45 minutes to 1 hour. For variation, an indentation may be made down the middle of the loaf and ketchup poured into it. Cover with cornflake crumbs prior to baking. Calories: 120 per serving. Yield: 4 (4-oz) servings.
