6 Boneless chicken thighs
¼ cup Miso
¼ cup Smooth peanut butter
¼ cup Soy sauce
¼ cup Sugar
¼ cup Beer
1 tablespoon Freshly grated ginger
2 Cloves garlic - minced

Directions

MARINADE

Directions: Combine ingredients for the marinade and pour over chicken. Let marinate for two hours or overnight. To bake, place in a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through. Place under broiler to brown. Instead of baking, use a stove top grill or outside grill.
