Mocha cream frosting

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup Whipping cream
¼ cup Cocoa powder
1 teaspoon Instant coffee granules
cup Sugar substitute; Splenda
½ cup Plain yogurt; low fat

Directions

Beat cream with cocoa and instant coffee until stiff peaks form. Fold in sugar substitute and yogurt. Spread over cake. Store in refrigerator.
