4 ounces Mame pulp
8 ounces Milk
1 tablespoon Sugar; to taste, up to 2

BADITO DE MAME SAPOTE

Mojito:

Pour all ingredients into a glass over ice and shake. Strain into a Martini glass and garnish with mint leaves and lime wedge.

Mulata:

Pour all ingredients into a glass over ice and strain into a sugar-rimmed glass; garnish with a wedge of lime.

Badito De Mame Sapote:

Pour all ingredients into a blender, and blend until milkshake consistency.

Pour into a tall glass and serve.
