No-crust pizza

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Egg -- slightly beaten
¼ cup Water
2 slices Diet bread -- in soft
Crumbs
½ teaspoon Oregano
½ teaspoon Salt
dash Pepper
¼ cup Chopped onion
1 pounds Ground beef
2 ounces Shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup Pizza sauce
Sliced mushrooms (optional)

Directions

Combine first 7 ingredients in large bowl, and let stand 5 minutes.

Add beef; mix well. Pat into 9" pie plate to form crust. Top with ½ of the cheese, pizza sauce and mushrooms. Bake in 350^ oven 45 minutes. Top with remaining cheese; bake 5 minutes. Remove to serving platter, using two spatulas. Weight Watchers: Each Serving = 2 oz.
