Nut potato patties

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 c mashed potatoes
1 T brewer's yeast
1 c boiling water

Directions

½ c ground nuts

½ t salt

½ c oatmeal, dry

Stir oats into water and cook until thick. Add to above and mix. Mix ½ c whole wheat flour and ½ cup brewer's yeast for a breading meal. Dip patties into this mixture and fry until golden brown. 239 cal. per serving.
