Open salt beef bagel

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 Plain bagels
200 grams Creme fraiche; (7oz)
2 tablespoons Wholegrain mustard
1 100 g pack Hot Deli salt beef

Directions

Cut the bagels in half.

Mix the creme fraiche and mustard and divide the mixture between the bagel halves.

Top with the Hot Deli salt beef and serve immediately.
