PREHEAT OVEN TO 450 F. CUT POTATOES INTO ¼" STICKS. SPRAY COOKIE SHEET WITH NO-STICK COOKING SPRAY. TOSS POTATOES WITH OIL. ARRANGE IN A SINGLE LAYER ON COOKIE SHEET. BAKE, TOSSING OCCASIONALLY. SPRINKLE WITH SALT.
