Oven hash browns

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 pounds Hash browns; slightly thawed
2 cups Cheddar Cheese; grated
1 cup Sour cream
1 teaspoon Salt
½ cup Onion; finely chopped
1 can Cream Of Potato; Mushroom, Or Chicken Soup
½ cup Milk
Corn flakes; crushed (optional)
½ cup Butter; melted

Directions

Mix cheese, sour cream, salt, onion, soup, and milk together. Combine with has browns. Place in 9x13 inch pan and cover with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1½ hours.
