Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Cheese tortellini; (Do Not Use Meat) Cook al dente as label suggests
1 cup Walnuts
½ cup Pinenuts
Garlic; minced to liking, ( Iam heavy into garlic)
1 cup 1% milk
½ cup Good quality extra virgin olive oil
½ cup Parmeasan cheese

Directions

SAUCE

In a food processor, add walnuts, pine nuts, and garlic process to coarse.

Slowly add olive oil, while machine is running. Process a few seconds, pulse...... Add the milk and the parmeasan, until smooth. Toss with the tortellini, and pass extra parmeasan.
