Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 quarts Ground pears
4 cups Ground onions
8 Bell peppers; ground
2 Hot peppers; ground
1 quart Vinegar
3 cups Sugar
1 teaspoon Dry mustard
teaspoon Salt
teaspoon Turmeric
teaspoon Celery seed
teaspoon Pickling spice

Directions

Mix all ingredients and cook 15-20 minutes. Seal in sterilized pint jars.

NOTE: Get a book on canning if unusure about sealing and processing.
