Pepperoni-pizza sourdough bread

1 teaspoon Active dry yeast
¾ cup Sourdough starter
¼ cup Milk; or water
2 tablespoons Tomato paste
1 tablespoon Cooking oil
2 cups Bread flour; or all-purpose
½ cup Mozzarella cheese; shredded
cup Pepperoni sausage; finely chopped
2 teaspoons Sugar
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Dried oregano; crushed
(double for fresh oregano)
1 1/2 pound: active dry yeast 1 tsp.

Directions

Sourdough starter 1¼ cups milk or water 2 Tbs.

tomato paste 3 Tbs.

cooking oil 1 Tbs.

bread or all purpose flou 3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded ¾ cup pepperoni, finely chopped ½ cup sugar 1 Tbs.

salt ¾ tsp.

dried oregano, crushed ¾ tsp.

(double for fresh)

Add ingredients to machine according to manufacturers directions. Crust to medium or lighter.
