Pickled dill eggs

1 | Dozen hard cooked eggs | |
1 | medium | Onion sliced thin |
¾ | cup | Water |
1¼ | cup | White vinegar |
2 | teaspoons | Salt |
1 | teaspoon | Dillweed |
1 | Clove garlic halved | |
½ | teaspoon | Mustard seed |
Directions
Pack eggs in jar. In saucepan bring remaining ingredients to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 5 to 7 minutes. Pour over eggs to cover completely.
