1 | can | (14 1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained |
1½ | cup | Water |
1 | can | (15 oz.) red kidney beans, undrained |
1 | can | ( 8 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained |
1 | can | ( 8 oz.) tomato sauce |
1 | teaspoon | Chili powder |
Directions
In a large soup pot, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is brown and onion is tender, stirring occasionally; drain. Add tomatoes, water, kidney beans, corn, tomato sauce and chili powder; mix well. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, uncovered, 10 to 15 minutes, or until thoroughly heated. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
