Pineapple cookies

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Butter
1 cup Sugar
1 each Egg, well beaten
⅔ cup Crushed drained pineapple
2 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
½ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Directions

Cream sugar and butter and add egg. Then pineapple. Sift dry ingredients, add to first mixture. Drop by spoonfuls. bake in oven at 350 degrees.
