Pineapple-cottage cheese salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 large Can crushed pineapple; drained
1 Box; (3 oz.) lemon pudding
2 pounds Cottage cheese; small curd
1 large Cool Whip®

Directions

Mix pineapple and instant pudding together. Stir in cottage cheese. Fold in Cool Whip. Place in refrigarator to chill.
