1 cup White vinegar
1 cup Olive oil
½ cup White wine ; or vermouth
Garlic; to taste
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Oregano
½ teaspoon Thyme
¼ teaspoon Tabasco
1 tablespoon Parsley ; chopped or cilant
2 Chickens; halved

Directions
