Potatoes with crabmeat (microwave)

1¾ | pounds | Firm, waxy potatoes; thickly sliced |

¼ | pounds | Crabmeat |
¼ | cup | Fresh lemon juice |
Pepper | ||
⅓ | cup | Sour cream |
2 | tablespoons | Chopped fresh dill |
Directions
Pour 1 cup of water into the lower compartment of a microwave steamer and heat on high for 2 minutes.
Put the potatoes in the upper compartment of the steamer and add salt. Put the steamer into the microwave, cover, and cook on HIGH for 17 minutes.
Put the crabmeat in a bowl and pour the lemon juice over it. Season with salt and pepper. Add the sour cream and stir well. Heat for 1 minute on high.
Drain the potatoes and transfer to a vegetable dish. Add pepper.
Pour the crab sauce over and stir carefully. Sprinkle with chopped dill and serve hot.
