Pressure cooker beef

Ingredients

3 pounds Beef pot roast for roast OR
1 pounds Stew beef for stew
¼ cup Flour
½ cup Chopped onion
3 tablespoons Oil
1 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Tomato juice
¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
teaspoon Pepper
1 cup Carrots
1 cup Potatoes
½ teaspoon Salt
½ cup Celery
1 cup Water
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Dredge meat in flour and brown in oil. Add onion, tomato juice, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Stir and pressure cook 15 minutes for beef stew, 45 minutes (approx) for roast. Add potatoes, carrots, celery, ½ tsp salt, worcestershire saue and water. Pressure cook 15 minutes. Thicken sauce and serve.
