Pretzel salad

Ingredients

2 | cups | Crushed pretzels |
1½ | each | Sticks margarine (I use butter) |
3 | tablespoons | Sugar |
8 | eaches | Ounces cream cheese |
1 | cup | Sugar |
1 | large | Cool Whip |
1 | each | Six ounce box Strawberry Jello |
2 | eaches | Eight ounce boxes frozen strawberries |
2 | cups | Hot water |
Directions
For a crust mix pretzels, margarine (or butter), and 3 T sugar. Pat into bottom of pan and bake 5-6 minutes at 400 degrees. Cool. Blend the cream cheese, 1 cup of sugar, and Cool Whip and spread on top of the crust. Dissolve Jello in hot water, add frozen strawberries, wait until almost set and pour over the top of the salad.
