Directions
Coat a 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine the oil, parsley, Parmesan cheese, thyme, and onion powder; mix well. Add the bread dough and toss to coat completely; place in the muffin cups. Cover and allow to rise for 40 minutes, or until doubled in size.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden.
NOTE: This can also be baked in a tube or Bundt pan to make large round bread.
