Pumpkin custard cups

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pack Orange flavored jello
¾ cup Boiling water
1 cup Part skim ricotta cheese
1 cup Canned pumpkin
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon

Directions

In saucepan, dissolve jello in boiling water. In blender, combine jello with rest of ingredients. Blend until smooth. Divide among 4 dessert dishes. Chill until firm.
