Quapaw fried rabbit

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 rabbit skinned and washed
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 pepper to taste
1 cooking oil
1 onion, diced
1 juice of 1/4 lemon

Directions

Cut rabbit up in pipeces desired. Roll pipeces in misture of flour, salt, and peppper. Brown rabbit in 4 T. cooking oil. Add diced onions and lemon juice. Cover and cook until done.
