Ingredients

1 | large | Onion; sliced thin |
1 | Red pepper; sliced thin | |
12 | ounces | Broccoli florets; cut into small |
½ | cup | Water |
¼ | Stir-fry sauce | |
1½ | cup | Cooked sliced chicken |
Rice or couscous |
Directions
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and pepper. Cook 5 minutes. Stir in broccoli, water and stir-fry sauce. Cook until tender, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Stir in chicken and heat through. Serve with rice or couscous.
