Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 teaspoons Vegetable oil
1 large Onion; sliced thin
1 Red pepper; sliced thin
12 ounces Broccoli florets; cut into small
½ cup Water
¼ Stir-fry sauce
cup Cooked sliced chicken
Rice or couscous

Directions

Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and pepper. Cook 5 minutes. Stir in broccoli, water and stir-fry sauce. Cook until tender, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Stir in chicken and heat through. Serve with rice or couscous.
