Directions
In large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, combine chicken, carrots, onion and celery. cook and stir 3-5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Add thyme, pepper, garlic and tomato sauce. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 5-7 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Stir in beans and turkey ham; cook until thoroughly heated. Just before serving, sprinkle with parsley. 5 (1 cup) servings.
Per serving: 220 calories, 24 g protein, 31 g carbohydrate, 9 g fiber, 3 g fat (12%), 46 mg cholesterol, 860 mg sodium, 590 mg potassium, 1½ starch, 2 lean meat and 1 vegatable exchange.
