Raisin pear streudel

Ingredients

3 | Pear, peeled & diced | |
½ | cup | Raisins |
3 | tablespoons | Sugar |
1½ | teaspoon | Lemon juice |
¾ | teaspoon | Ground cinnamon |
⅛ | teaspoon | Ground cloves |
⅛ | teaspoon | Salt |
⅓ | pounds | Phyllo dough, thawed |
6 | tablespoons | Margarine, melted |
¼ | cup | Confectioner's sugar |
Directions
In a bowl, toss pears, raisins, sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, cloves and salt.
On waxed paper, arrange a sheet of phyllo dough, Brush lightly with melted margarine, and cut into 3 long strips.
Preheat oven to 375.
Place about 1 tablespoon of mixture at the end of each strip, and begin to roll up jelly roll style.
Place roll, seam side down, on an ungreased cookie sheet. Brush rolls with melted margarine, and bake fro 25-30 minutes, or till golden.
Sprinkle with some powdered sugar, and serve warm.
