Red pepper salsa

Ingredients

¾ cup Pepper red bell chopped fine
cup Tomatoes seeded, chopped
2 tablespoons Onion minced
2 tablespoons Oil, olive
½ teaspoon Sambal oelek,or to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Makes about 2 cups Store for short periods in the refrigerator. Serve with chicken, beef, or blue corn tortilla chips.
