Refreshing fruit bowl

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Fresh strawberries, halved
1 cup Fresh blueberries, rinsed
2 eaches Kiwifruit, peeled & sliced
1 can Pineapple chunks, drained
¼ cup Pineapple liquid
Reserved pineapple liquid
1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Liquid sweetener
½ teaspoon Poppy seed

Directions

DRESSING

Combine all salad ingredients. In a jar with a tight fitting lid, combine all dressing ingredients; shake well. Pour dressing over salad; toss gently to coat. Makes 10½ cup servings.
