Rice~ corn & cheese casserole

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 cups Cooked Rice -- Brown or
White
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Chili Powder
2 cups Corn Kernels
½ teaspoon Black Pepper -- Ground
1 small Onion -- Chopped Fine
Paprika
2 cups Sharp Cheddar -- Grated
cup Whole Milk

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine all the ingredients except the paprika in a large mixing bowl. Blend thoroughly. Pour into a well greased (2 quart) casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 40 to 45 minutes. Serve hot
