2 | cups | Nonfat ricotta cheese |
⅓ | cup | Sugar |
¼ | teaspoon | Vanilla |
½ | pack | Light cream cheese, (8-ounce size) |
Directions
Prepare Tangy Fruit Salsa. Place remaining ingredients in blender or food processor. Cover and blend, stopping occasionally to scrape sides, until smooth. Spoon into 6 dessert dishes. Serve with Salsa.
