Roasted garlic polenta

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
6 cups Chicken stock
3 cups Milk
½ cup Semolina flour
cup Yellow cornmeal
15 Cloves roasted garlic puree
Salt and pepper

Directions

In a sauce pan, mix stock and milk and bring to a simmer. Add semolina flour and cook for 2 minutes on low heat stirring constantly using a whisk.

Add cornmeal and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Mix in roasted garlic and cook an additional 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and remove from heat. Place mixture into a pastry bag and pipe out onto plate.
