1 cup Nonfat yogurt
3 tablespoons Chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
Pepper -- to taste

Directions

Make a tangy dip for raw vegetables or a sauce for cooked. Combine all ingredients and serve.
