1 large Pinch of saffron
1 teaspoon Fresh rosemary
2 teaspoons Olive oil
Fresh milled black pepper

Directions

Sprinkle chicken breast with saffron and rosemary. Gently pan fry in olive oil until cooked. The meat is cooked when it is firm to the touch and the juices are clear. To serve, you can sprinkle some more saffron onto the chicken breast.
