Sage and garlic flatbread

1 | teaspoon | Salt |
1 | tablespoon | Sugar |
1 | tablespoon | Baking powder |
1 | cup | Buttermilk |
1 | large | Egg |
1 | tablespoon | Sage; chopped finely |
2 | Cloves garlic; finely minced |
Directions
Directions: Combine the dry ingredients and stir in the liquid ingredients.
Add the sage and garlic. Mix until a stiff dough develops. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead lightly. Pat or roll the dough into a form that is about ½-inch thick. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake in a preheated 425 oven for 15 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp.
