1 teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Paprika
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Dry mustard
½ teaspoon Celery seed; crushed
¼ teaspoon Pepper
½ cup Tarragon vinegar
¾ cup Olive oil

Directions

Stir all of the ingredients together except the oil.

Gradually add the oil, stirring constantly. Or, you can shake all the ingredients in a bottle until well blended. Makes about 1¼ cups. Gourmet's Old Vienna Cookbook
