1 | tablespoon | Soy sauce |

½ | teaspoon | Monosodium glutamate |
Salt and pepper to taste | ||

Directions
Cut meat into ¾-inch cubes. Mix with all ingredients and marinate for about 1 hour. Thread 5 to 6 pieces of meat on each skewer. Broil over charcoal until done, turning frequently.
Serve hot. Serves 4.
Note: Steel or bamboo skewers can be used. Bamboo skewers are available in Japanese stores.
