Scandanavian apple salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Red Apples, unpeeled, diced
1 cup Celery, diced
2 cups Cabbage, shredded
½ cup Sour Cream
Juice Of 1 Lemon
Salt & Sugar, to taste
½ cup Grapes, halved & seeded
½ cup Chopped Nuts, optional

Directions

Combine apples, celery, and cabbage. Combine remainin ingredients except grapes. Add to apple mixture. Toss to mix. Garnish with grapes.

Serves 8
