1 Pastry shell *
cup Sugar
¼ teaspoon Salt
cup Butter, softened
3 Eggs, well beaten
2 tablespoons Lemon rind, fresh grated
3 Lemons, peeled, sliced thin
½ cup Cold water

Directions

* Make triangular sections for top - dust with sugar and nutmeg. Bake Mix all ingredients and pour into the unbaked pastry shell. Bake at 400 deg F for 25 min. Add the prebaked triangular sections and bake another 10 min.
