Seabass ravioli (ravioli di bramzino)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
600 grams Pasta dough
500 grams Seabass, meat
250 grams White bread
150 millilitres Milk
100 grams Parmesan cheese
10 grams Dry marjoram
3 Egg yolks
Salt and pepper

Directions

Blend seabass with bread, parmesan, marjoram and milk, to a farce.

Add in egg yolks. Salt and pepper to season. Prepare ravioli as in the traditional manner.
