Seared fillet of beef with roquefort in a mushroom bun

Quantity Ingredient
Olive oil
2 larges Flat mushrooms; stalks removed
1 200 gram fil beef
1 Thin slice Roquefort
Few slices of red onion

Directions

Preheat a ridged cast iron griddle.

Brush the mushrooms with oil, season and grill. Do the same with the beef and onion.

Put a mushroom on a plate, top with the beef, cheese, then the onion and the final mushroom.
