Second time around soup with carrot and chicken (mf)

2 | cups | Chicken broth |
1 | cup | Tomato or vegetable juice |
¼ | cup | Long grain rice |
½ | Boneless chicken breast; cooked, cut into 1/2 inch dice | |
Green onion; thinly sliced |
Directions
Bring broth, juice and rice to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes. Add cooked chicken and simmer 5 minutes longer. Ladle out and garnish with green onion.
