Sesame shrimp and asparagus

Ingredients

2 Cloves garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon Fresh ginger root, chopped
¾ pounds Medium shrimp
2 teaspoons Vegetable oil
2 tablespoons Dry sherry
½ pounds Asparagus, blanched, cut diagonally in 1 inch pieces
12 ounces Cooked spaghettini
2 tablespoons Sesame seeds, toasted
2 Scallions, chopped
1 teaspoon Sesame oil

Directions

Stir fry garlic, ginger root and shrimp in vegetable oil over high heat until shrimp begins to turn pink (about 2 minutes). Add sherry and asparagus. Cook, stirring, 2 minutes. Toss with remaining ingredients.
