Sherry's apricot stuffed chicken breasts

Ingredients

6 Skinless Boneless Chicken Breasts
Mix Together:
cup Apricots; Chopped
3 tablespoons Chopped Onion
2 tablespoons Slivered Almonds
1 tablespoon Parsley
¼ teaspoon Salt
Mix Together:
1 cup Plain Nonfat Yogurt; Warmed
½ cup Apricots; Chopped
¼ cup Dijon Mustard
1 teaspoon Sugar; *Note

Directions

*NOTE: or 1 package of Equal (Nutrasweet), or other sweetening agent Place apricot mix inside each piece of chicken; roll up and secure with toothpicks. Bake in 375-degree oven for 30-40 minutes.
