Shrimp stew

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Flour
1 pounds Shrimp, shelled, cleaned
3 cups Hot water
Salt to taste
Tabasco sauce to taste
1 cup Cooking oil
1 cup Onion, chopped
½ cup Bell pepper, chopped fine
½ cup Green onion & tops, chopped
1 teaspoon Garlic powder OR>>>
1 Clove garlic, minced

Directions

Make roux of flour and oil. Brown in iron skillet. Add onion, bell pepper and green onion. Add hot water and simmer on low heat.

Add remaining ingreds. and cook on low heat until done.
